"Owner is very rude!!!"

Good facilities and the older instructors are very experienced. It's a shame that the owners daughter Anna Cooper is the rudest person i have ever had the pleasure of meeting and does not value customers at all. Whilst my daughter was having a private lesson she decided it was a good idea for her and her daughter to ride in the same arena and when I complained I was told a private lesson did not mean my daughter would actually get a private lesson! (There is a clue in the name private!) when I told her that was really bad customer service I was told I could find somewhere else to ride if I didn't like it so I have taken my £3000 a year that I used to spend with them elsewhere.
