"The grass on the estate"

Hi my name is Jamie a the grass on this estate is discussing walsall council dose a cross the road from me and it is always cut every two weeks the grass out side my house has been done the grand total of twice this year witch is y the estate looks like a dump if u look around ant the nice places in Walsall the grass is always immaculate when Walsall council had the contract her there was never a problem I c your so called contractors just sitting in the van smoking chilling it is just not good enough in my opinion and some one should start policing what they do.
